At VEHLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your order isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your sunglasses in their original case and cleaning cloth, ensuring all protective films and tags remain attached to the product.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
